Every year, we drink around 12 billion cups of coffee in the Netherlands, producing around 100 million kilos of coffee grounds. Often, this coffee grounds end up in the waste bin. A shame! Instead of throwing away this valuable waste material, Coffee Based uses it as raw material for the Arabica Cup, killing two birds with one stone.
